The South Dakota Department of Social Services (DSS) has recently announced a new grant program for any family day care provider working to become a state registered child care provider. The program includes an opportunity to apply for a grant up to $15,000 to meet health & safety requirements and enhance child care services offered, technical assistance, free marketing, free health & safety training, and many more support services to assist in business success.
